From whole bean to brewer, in one clear path

The transparent upper chamber keeps the process visible, while the forward-facing chute guides freshly ground coffee directly into the stainless-steel dosing cup.

For espresso preparation, compatible 51mm and 58mm portafilters can be positioned beneath the chute, reducing unnecessary transfers and keeping the workflow composed.

Different coffees ask for different textures.

Velune offers 60 grind settings, allowing you to move from finer espresso grounds to the coarser textures used for pour-over, cold brew and French press. The visible adjustment system makes it easier to explore small changes and return to the settings that suit your favourite beans.

Stainless-steel precision

At the centre of Velune is a stainless-steel conical grinding system designed to process beans with greater control than a conventional blade grinder.

By grinding rather than repeatedly chopping the coffee, the burr system creates a more considered foundation for extraction—helping aroma, sweetness and character find their way into the cup.

Keep more of what you measure

Even a carefully weighed dose can leave a small amount of coffee inside the grinding path.

Velune’s integrated top air blower helps move retained grounds through the forward chute. Once the grinding cycle is complete, a gentle press encourages the last particles into the cup or portafilter.

Precision without a permanent cable

Velune’s internal rechargeable battery allows it to work away from a fixed wall outlet. USB-C charging keeps the routine simple, while cordless operation lets the grinder move naturally between the kitchen counter, coffee sideboard and dining space.

One Grinder, Different Ways to Brew

Espresso

Select a finer setting and dispense directly into a compatible portafilter for a cleaner, more focused preparation.

Pour-over

Choose a balanced medium texture and collect the freshly ground coffee in the stainless-steel dosing cup before transferring it to the filter.

French press

Move toward a coarser setting to support a slower immersion and a cleaner separation in the final cup.

Velune gives you the range to move between methods without making the experience feel mechanical.

How to Use

1. Measure the beans needed for your chosen preparation.

2. Add them to the transparent upper chamber.

3. Select the preferred grind setting.

4. Position the dosing cup or compatible portafilter beneath the chute.

5. Set the desired grinding time and begin the cycle.

6. When grinding is complete, gently press the top air blower.

7. Transfer the fresh grounds directly into your brewer.

Care

Brush loose coffee particles from the burr area and discharge chute after regular use. Wipe the powered body with a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth.

Clean the removable stainless-steel dosing cup separately and allow it to dry completely before returning it to the grinder.

Never immerse the powered body in water.
